ALEX COLWELL & ELSPETH SMELSER QUILT CONSIGNMENT

This beautiful hand sewn quilt was designed and sewn by Anna Marie Lamb. Three sides have logos of several different gas and oil companies all having been quilted. In the centre is the Service Station logo along with text reading THE CANADIAN SERVICE STATION MEMORABILIA ASSOCIATION. Many creative hours went into creating this gorgeous quilt. Anna provided the quilt as a raffle which was won by Alex Colwell.

Anna Marie was always creating and bringing her creations to the club meetings for raffles and draws. Her husband John was president of the club for many years. Both members put a lot into the club providing items for raffles and draws and supporting the responsibilities of the association.
